Attendance warning is a warning sent by the system to students as their attendance percentage reaches a certain weightage set by the staff. Students can view the warning in their student portal.


Most attendance warning come in three levels with the third level being the final warning. Once students receive the final attendance warning, they are barred by the system from exams.


Please go to Settings > Academic > General > Auto Send Warning Letter to enable this feature.


Add Attendance Warning


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Academic
  2. Under Academic, click Attendance Warning > click Add New
  3. In the Name field, enter Name
  4. In the Weightage (%) field, enter Weightage (%)
  5. In the Level field, please select Level
  6. In the Message field, enter any Message
  7. Set Barred Flag slider to Yes if the weightage is enough to bar the student from taking exams
  8. Click Save

Update Attendance Warning


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Academic
  2. Under Academic, click Attendance Warning> Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save

Delete Attendance Warning


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Academic
  2. Under Academic, click Attendance Warning > Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
