Course status helps user to keep track of student's course status whether they are taking the course, failed the course or deferred the course. GPA/CGPA calculation regarding course status is defined by Qualification Agencies.


Please note the fixed course status cannot be deleted by users.

Add Course Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Academic
  2. Under Academic, click Course Status > click Add New
  3. Set Use in Grading slider to Yes
  4. Set Calculate Total Marks slider to Yes
  5. Set Grade Status Based on Grading slider to Yes
  6. Set Calculate GPA slider to Yes
  7. Set Assessment Mark Entry slider under to Yes
  8. Set Attendance Entry slider to Yes
  9. Set Send Attendance Warning slider to Yes
  10. Set Course Status Based on Attendance Rule slider to Yes
  11. Click Save

Update Course Status


  1. Find Settings on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Navigate to Academic
  2. Under Academic, click Course Status > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save
