Letter feature found in Student Profile > Admission > Letter allows staff to generate a letter set in Admission Letter Template. This allows staff to download the letter or copy the letter and email it to students.

Add Admission Letter

  1. Go to Student Profile and click Admission > Letter > Add New
  2. Select Letter Template
  3. Click Generate



Generate Admission Letter

  1. Go to Student Profile and click Admission > Letter > View
  2. User will be transported to a new tab or a new window where they can save the letter by pressing ctrl + P > Save
  3. User can then send the letter through email


Delete Admission Letter

  1. Go to Student Profile and click Admission > Letter
  2. Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
