Classes (also known as section or tutorial groups) must be created before assigning students to a class. Adding classes to the system is done after user have selected courses to be offered by faculties during an academic session.


User can manage assessment marks and manage attendance once students are assigned to a class.

Add Class


  1. Find Academic on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen
  2. Click Classes > Select filters > Search
  3. Click Add New
  4. In the Academic Session field, enter current academic session
  5. In the Faculty field, select faculty name
  6. In the Course field, select course name
  7. In the Class field, enter class name
  8. In the Lecturer field, select lecturer(s) name
  9. In the Total Student field, enter class quota
  10. Set Duplicate slider to Yes if you want to duplicate the class
  11. Click Save

Update Class


  1. Find Academic on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen
  2. Click Classes
  3. Click Update
  4. User can update course assessment
  5. Update the required fields
  6. Click Save

Delete Class


  1. Find Academic on Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen
  2. Click Classes
  3. Click Delete
  4. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
