Fee Structure is a group of invoices for each program. Each program entered in Sqayy CMS must be tied to a fee structure to enable automatic billing during intake registration and semester registration. After creating a fee structure, the next step is to add bills in the fee structure.


Each fee structure is set by the institution themselves but limited to the rules and regulation made by the Qualification Agency.


Add Fee Structure


  1. Find Settings on the Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Finance
  2. Click Fee Structure > Click Add New > Fill in the required fields
  3. Set Status slider to Active
  4. Click Save

 


Update Fee Structure


  1. Find Settings on the Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Finance
  2. Click Fee Structure > Click Update > Update the required fields
  3. Click Save


Delete Fee Structure


  1. Find Settings on the Navigation Bar located on the left side of the screen > Click Finance
  2. Click Fee Structure > Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
