Finance staff may want to reduce the amount of bills that are already generated. They can perform adjustments using the Adjustment feature.


Void Transaction can be found in:


  1. Click Advanced Search and click Update
  2. In profile, click Finance > Ledger
  3. Click Adjustment
  4. Enter amount to be reduced from Max Amount
  5. Select Credit Note Type
  6. Select Date Issue
  7. Make sure the amount is correct in field Total
  8. Enter remarks in Remarks
  9. Click Save


Alternatively, user can also void/cancel bill from the navigation bar:


  1. Navigate to Finance > Bills
  2. Click Adjustment
