User can use filters to generate a report they want. Filters used by users can be save so they can quickly generate the report using the same filters.


Save Filter


  1. Log in the system and click Reports on navigation bar
  2. Click on any reports
  3. Select filters
  4. Click Save Filter



View Filter


  1. Log in the system and click Reports on navigation bar
  2. Under Filters, click View Filter


View Report


  1. Log in the system and click Reports on navigation bar
  2. Under Filters, click View Report
  3. The report will be generated according to the filters saved by user


Delete Filter


  1. Log in the system and click Reports on navigation bar
  2. Under Filters, click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
