Staff can record violations or disciplinary issues committed by students. Students can view their own disciplinary records in student portal.

Add New Disciplinary


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Settings > Student Affairs > Disciplinaries
  2. Click Add New
  3. In the Student field, select the student name
  4. In the Category field, select disciplinary category
  5. In the Violation Date field, select date when violation occurred
  6. In the Violation field, enter or describe what violation the student have done
  7. In the Action field, enter action that will be taken
  8. In the Remarks field, enter any remarks or notes
  9. Click Save

Update Disciplinary


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Disciplinaries
  2. Click Update
  3. Update the required fields
  4. Click Save



Delete Disciplinary


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Disciplinaries
  2. Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
