Staff can record extracurricular activities. Students can view their record in student portal.


Add New Activities


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Activities
  2. Click Add New
  3. In the Student field, select the student name
  4. In Type field, select activity type (club/society)
  5. In Activity field, select activity (Badminton/Debate)
  6. In Date field, enter date
  7. In Current Role/Position enter role in activity (President/Active Member)
  8. In Achievement field, enter achievement
  9. In Description field, enter description
  10. Click Save

Update Activities


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Activities
  2. Click Update 
  3. Update the required fields
  4. Click Save

Delete Activities


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Activities
  2. Click Delete
  3. On delete confirmation prompt, click Delete
