Counsellors can enter counselling session log data. The system helps counsellors to keep track of follow-ups.



Add New Counselling


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Counselling
  2. Click Add New
  3. In the Student field, select student name
  4. In Date field, select date of counselling session
  5. In Type field, select type of counselling
  6. In Mode field, select mode of counselling
  7. In Description fields, describe what counselling is all about
  8. Click Save

Update Counselling


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Counselling
  2. Click Update
  3. Fill any required fields
  4. Click Save

Delete Counselling


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Counselling
  2. Click Delete button
  3. Click Delete to confirm deletion

Create Counselling Log


  1. Go to the navigation bar located on the left side of the screen and navigate to Student Affairs > Counselling
  2. Under Counselling, click on Log button
  3. Click Add New
  4. In the Description field, describe student's progress
  5. In Status field, select student counselling status
  6. In Next Follow Up field, select follow up date
  7. In Counsellor field, select counsellor
  8. Click Save
