This report shows the list of transactions that have to go through the approval process. The report also displays the status of each transactions whether it is pending, approved or rejected.

How It Works

  1. Log in and click reports on navigation bar
  2. Under Finance, click Transaction Approval
  3. Select Academic Session
  4. Select Campus
  5. Select Faculty
  6. Select Program
  7. Select Intake
  8. Select Student Status
  9. Select cashier name in field Issued By
  10. Select date range in Issued Date
  11. Select account code in Account
  12. In Field to Appear, select fields to appear. User can search for fields by typing in Filter Option
  13. Click Generate
