A report that shows the list of residents recorded in the system by Student, Staff and Public.


How It Works


  1. Log in and click reports on navigation bar
  2. Under Hostel, click Resident List
  3. In field Type, select Student, Staff of Public
  4. If Student is selected, select Faculty
  5. Select Program
  6. Select Intake
  7. Select Location
  8. Select Block
  9. Select Unit
  10. In Field to Appear, select fields to appear. User can search for fields by typing in Filter Option
  11. Click Generate
  12. If Staff is selected, select Department
  13. Select Location
  14. Select Block
  15. Select Unit
  16. In Field to Appear, select fields to appear. User can search for fields by typing in Filter Option
  17. Click Generate
  18. If Public is selected, select Location
  19. Select Block
  20. Select Unit
  21. In Field to Appear, select fields to appear. User can search for fields by typing in Filter Option
  22. Click Generate
